Cash Payments: For on-site bookings, cash payments are accepted in Zanzibar. Please ensure you receive a receipt for your payment.
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of partial or full payment. You will receive a confirmation email or receipt once your payment is processed. Please check the details of your booking and payment receipt upon confirmation.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness:
Cancellation by Customer:
than 30 Days Prior to Departure: A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
to 30 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Less than 15 Days Prior to Departure: No refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Us:
In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, operational issues), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour to a later date.
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 15 days prior to your tour date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an alternative payment method as necessary. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
